 for a long time really the longevity of
 my yoga career they&amp;#39;ve always been
 a wonderful brand that i have gone to
 and trusted so i have my
 new favorite mat which is the manduka
 gript
 adapt they spell it grp uh
 but they call it grip because it gives
 you a really good grip
 a lot of times you can be on your mat
 and you&amp;#39;re kind of slipping and sliding
 it makes it hard for you to ground down
 in your down dogs or in any of your arm
 balances
 so this one literally you don&amp;#39;t move
 it&amp;#39;s
 uh really nice i like that it&amp;#39;s
 lightweight
 so i can carry it around without it
 being a huge weight in my bag
 or if i&amp;#39;m it&amp;#39;s not like i&amp;#39;m doing an arm
 workout
 on my way to yoga carrying this mat it&amp;#39;s
 pretty light it&amp;#39;s also
 thin so it&amp;#39;s five millimeter thickness i

 you will find that you will need less of

 and the mat will take the place of all
 of that the grip
 is so phenomenal that you&amp;#39;ll stay in
