 sharp little points on it which sounds
 intimidating but they feel really good
 it&amp;#39;s hitting your different pressure
 points and it&amp;#39;s helping release
 any tension any stress any aches
 any pains it&amp;#39;s helping you physically
 and mentally
 so when you purchase one they give you
 this
 setup which is really nice so that way

 points you can also stand on it
 do postures on it the more you can
 settle into the
 uncomfortable moments the more you&amp;#39;re
 releasing
 and then all sudden it doesn&amp;#39;t feel so
 bad and you get this nice euphoric state

 so i discovered this brand a few months
 ago i had a different one
 and it was good it wasn&amp;#39;t lasting as
 well as i wanted to
 and the the prongs were giving in pretty
 quickly it was
 a couple weeks and i was having issues
 i&amp;#39;ve had this now for a few months and i
 have not had
 any wear tear issues nothing like that i
 highly recommend this map for anyone

 making a change or improving their
 practice if you
