 today i have the
 aloha wheel this is a product that is
 great for
 back bending working on opening your
 spine
 opening your neck being able to open up
 the front of your chest
 it&amp;#39;s great when it comes to being able
 to increase your flexibility or if you
 feel like there&amp;#39;s restriction with
 breath work
 if you just need some time to open up
 and get deeper into your airways
 i personally really enjoy it for when
 i&amp;#39;m trying to get further into my back
 bends
 i have a pretty intensive backbend
 program and this has been
 key for me moving forwards and
 progressing because it gives me a gentle
 move into it
 allows my body to trust myself and the
 tissues to release
 and then i can gently make my way into a
 deeper practice
 i got my hands on this wheel about two
 years ago as well
 it&amp;#39;s super durable i can be a little
 reckless with my stuff because i&amp;#39;m
 an acrobat and i get a little crazy so
 what&amp;#39;s nice is all my stuff is very
 durable
 so i would recommend this for anyone
 that&amp;#39;s also trying to
 come back either from an injury or if
 they&amp;#39;re trying to do preventative care
 a nice way to open up and gently get
 your shoulders your back
 your neck everything opening up without
 any force
