Esthetician Monika Tarnowski teaches you how to mix a clay mask using the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay.&nbsp;It's one of her favorite clay masks because it comes in a powder form making it super easy to use. Use about half to 1 teaspoon and mix it with water and cider vinegar. Once it has a paste consistency, you can apply it to your skin. Leave it on until it is completely dry then rinse.  comes in powder form and you mix it at
 home
 i use this for a deep exfoliation about
 once a week or every other week
 deep exfoliating is important because
 when we&amp;#39;re just washing our face
 and we could do a gentle exfoliation but
 with the deep exfoliation it&amp;#39;s really
 going into the deeper into the skin
 to pull out all the impurities so then
 your skin feels more
 you know clean and clear and plumped and
 glowy
 other clay masks could have other
 chemicals in it
 they can mix it with irritants for this
 it&amp;#39;s
 i feel like it&amp;#39;s been safe whoever i&amp;#39;ve
 recommended this to
 i don&amp;#39;t see a lot of people having
 issues using it because again it&amp;#39;s so
 pure for this big nice jug i&amp;#39;ve had this
 for about
 maybe four to five years and it&amp;#39;s still
 have full let&amp;#39;s see it right there
 and then you mix with half with water or
 you could use cider vinegar
 and water and what the consistency you
 want is kind of a
 paste and it&amp;#39;s when you apply it it
 dries on the skin and again it hardens
 then you wash it off and your skin you
 might have a little it might be a little
 red but that&amp;#39;s when you know it just
 worked and pull out all the impurities
 and the skin feels wonderful
 i would recommend this product to use if
 you have
 oily skin acneic skin that&amp;#39;s what i
 would use the cider vinegar
 to mix it with with the water if you
 have combination skin if you have normal
 skin
 now if you have sensitive skin or dry
 skin
 i would test it out to see how you feel
 but i wouldn&amp;#39;t use it maybe once a week
 maybe
 every other week and then for sure once
 you take it off
 i would definitely want to come in with
 a toner and a good heavy moisturizer
