"Asiel Hardison is a professional dancer and choreographer. If Asiel looks familiar it’s because you’ve seen him dancing along side of pop sensation Lady Gaga since 2008 as her dance captain. He was chosen as captain by world-renowned choreographer Laurieann Gibson. When Asiel gets in a zone he dances like no one is watching. Dancing is his life and his rhythm lies within his heartbeat. Growing up on the south side of Chicago in Beverly, Asiel’s grandmother exposed him to the performing arts as a young boy. “Taking me to shows as a young child really inspired me to get on stage myself,” says Asiel. He got his start at ETA Performing Arts Center and learned all forms of dance. But he fell in love with dance when he saw Michael Jackson’s Bad video and has been dancing ever since. By the time Asiel reached 21, he already received an abundance of recognition and knew dance was more than just a dream. It was his life. So he packed up and headed westward bound to L.A. in 2004 where he landed his first major gig choreographing an Afro-Cuban opening number for Gloria Estefan. now these are great because it&amp;#39;s like a
 smoothie in a cup right I love the
 blender bottle I used to do the whole
 thing managed to make smoothies and I
 would have all the cleanup and I got
 over it a couple years in I was like I&amp;#39;m
 done I just want to throw my stuff in
 this shake it up and go so I put a
 couple scoops of protein powder I
 usually do it at night so that in the
 morning if I wake up at like 5:00 in the
 morning to go train the client I can
 just grab it and go so couple scoops of
 protein powder a couple scoops of my
 greens powder and then they just shake
 it up with some water or if you&amp;#39;re
 traveling and you don&amp;#39;t have access to a
 blender these are great

 it is my go-to i&amp;#39;m always on the go
 and i&amp;#39;m always rushing and with this
 blender bottle
 i don&amp;#39;t have to worry about how fast i
 need to move i can throw all the stuff
 in there
 shake it up real good it&amp;#39;s amazing
 because
 with the ball inside it really actually
 mixes it
 perfectly and a lot of times when you
 get different ones
 it doesn&amp;#39;t you get these chunky pieces
 in there especially if you have protein
 or you have oats in there whatever the
 case you don&amp;#39;t want that like
 that coating your mouth or chalking up
 your mouth and i don&amp;#39;t have to worry
 about that with this
 you can also put some pretty like solid
 things in there i throw peanut butter
 and everything in this bottle and it
 still manages to blend it all up
 so you can be pretty creative and give
 it a go i discovered this brand
 a while back i was probably back in
 college or something when i discovered
 and i started getting really into my
 nutrition
 i tried a couple different blender
 bottles that i was given from other
 people and it just didn&amp;#39;t work the same
 the top plate closes and it holds
 so if you&amp;#39;re like me and you&amp;#39;re throwing
 everything into a bag you don&amp;#39;t have to
 worry about it opening or spilling on
 your stuff
 you&amp;#39;ve got a clip here that if you want
 to clip it onto a bag
 if you want to clip your keys onto it
 while you&amp;#39;re at the gym so you don&amp;#39;t
 lose them
 or if you just want to like flail it
 around on your pinky go ahead for it
 because you are safe to go
 last thing that i think is amazing is it
 has
 the extra containers that you can put on
 the bottom there&amp;#39;s more than just this
 one
 i only need one but you can have more
 you can either be putting in different
 snacks
 if you&amp;#39;re like me and you&amp;#39;re a snacker
 and you want a handful of uh trail mix
 all the time you can put that in here or
 if you&amp;#39;re taking your vitamins and your
 supplements and you need them throughout
 the day
 it&amp;#39;s a perfect container for that too so
 everything&amp;#39;s in one place
