 the cushion inside of these bolsters is
 made from recycled plastic which is
 pretty cool
 the cushion to it is kind of perfect
 it&amp;#39;s a little more firm which is nice
 for these different positions to help
 prop you
 also the cushion it&amp;#39;s still nice and
 cushiony it gives you just enough
 that it lets you settle and relax and
 also the shape it&amp;#39;s a good
 length so that way if it comes into like
 a child pose position during
 yoga or something like that your entire
 body will be able to be
 on top of it which is nice so i
 discovered this product
 about three years ago and i was in a
 studio and they had these bolsters
 during a yin class
 and i absolutely loved it and then i
 went around did these different yoga
 classes
 use different bolsters they were good
 like no complaints i&amp;#39;m not too picky
 but i fell in love with this one so i
 actually
 came across it again in another studio
 and i was just like i need to have this
