 30 repetitions i try to do three to five

 do it later in the day i like it to help
 build strength in my masseter my
 pterygoids
 digastric all the muscles of my jaw and
 also neck
 to help prevent any tmj jaw or neck pain
 i discovered this brand
 about six months ago i saw it online
 and i decided that i&amp;#39;m sick of grinding
 my teeth at night and kind of having
 this jaw pain
 and i also realized that we over time
 have developed
 kind of weakened jaws as humans because
 we&amp;#39;ve evolved into eating softer foods
 we&amp;#39;re not chewing as much as we used to
 we used to chew
 in our primal days up to four hours a
 day now we just drink smoothies eat
 yogurt and don&amp;#39;t
 exercise our as much because we&amp;#39;ve
