 it&amp;#39;s made of natural rubber and for each
 mat you buy they also plant a tree
 so i like how they&amp;#39;re being
 environmentally conscious but it&amp;#39;s also
 just a great mat it&amp;#39;s lasted me for a
 long time
 i&amp;#39;ve had this map for six years and it&amp;#39;s
 just getting broken in
 it feels good it&amp;#39;s actually becoming a
 better part of me i feel like i feel
 like it&amp;#39;s kind of molding to my body
 type but it doesn&amp;#39;t show any signs of
 wear and tear
 this is thrown in and out of cars being
 in hot glasses
 washing it i discovered jade yoga about
 six years ago
 i was looking for a new mat i kind of
 worn through my old one and i found this

 and they said it would break in over the
 years and it&amp;#39;s actually broken in and
 felt
 better over the last six years so i plan
 to use it for a long time

 your connection to the ground to the
 earth so

 get back from the earth
 when you do a lot of yoga especially in
 hot rooms and kind of sweating more you
 definitely want a higher quality mat i
 have noticed over the years if you buy
 kind of a cheaper mat it kind of rubs
 off over the years so they kind of wear
 away quicker this one actually is
 starting to feel better
 as it&amp;#39;s getting worn in so it&amp;#39;s actually
 getting broken in to
 help suit my body so you definitely want
 to invest in a little
 more of a nicer better quality yoga mat
 if you
 plan on practicing for a while i would
 recommend this product for
 anybody getting into yoga especially a
 more experienced yogi
 this is something you want to use for
 years and take care of and really

 get serious into their yoga practice or
