 i specifically use lighter weights and
 lighter bells because they&amp;#39;re better for
 mobility
 this particular one you can balance on
 your hands or you can balance on your
 feet
 there&amp;#39;s a lot of ways to use something
 like a sand belt because it&amp;#39;s malleable
 because you can grip
 it and because you can shape it to
 whatever you&amp;#39;re balancing it on
 it helps with people who maybe have
 arthritis or issues with their hands
 they can&amp;#39;t really hold a dumbbell or
 they can&amp;#39;t grip a weight
 this is kinder sand bells are just an
 easier alternative to weights
 you have a lot more control with the
 sand belt with a sand belt you can grip
 you can balance you can move it if it
 falls it won&amp;#39;t damage the floor
 and these these things take a beating i
 have some sand bells that there&amp;#39;s
