 i have found this to consistently be one

 this is a fabric resistance band from
 arena strength
 it&amp;#39;s very good for balancing which
 sounds weird but if you have
 a person or if you yourself have trouble
 standing on one leg
 if you put the band around your calves
 you can kind of move your weight back
 and forth and the band kind of holds you
 in place
 it also is really really really tough
 it&amp;#39;s very very hard to open which makes
 it great for balancing or if you want to
 challenge yourself
 and work with glutes or squats
 anything to do with the back of your
 legs and the base of your butt
 this is your band it&amp;#39;s very strong
 and very difficult to use but it&amp;#39;s worth
 it in the end
 this band comes as part of a set but
 this is the strongest one
 this is my favorite and part of the
 reason it&amp;#39;s my favorite
 is because there&amp;#39;s so much resistance
 that it actually gives you more options
 i know that sounds strange you think
 more resistance means less options but
 you can balance with this one easiest
 and you can use this for the highest
 level of resistance band training
 so the elastic is kind of on the inside
 only the fabric is on the outside
 even though all of the fabric is
 stretchy it&amp;#39;s just these little bands
 that actually move
 it makes a difference when you put this
 around your legs or even if you use it
 with your arms which i sometimes do with
 my male clients
 to help build their triceps it you feel
 this working with you
 but the strength and the resistance is
 like epic
 i discovered arena strength about four
 years ago
 i was doing a lot of research on
 resistance bands and this was the brand
 that consistently
 performed for me i would recommend this
 product to anyone who wants to take
 their resistance band training to the
 next level
