 it is a magic circle sometimes i just
 call it the ring
 what i love about this one is it has a
 pad on the outside
 and on the inside i do a lot of
 different things with my pilates ring
 from holding it between my ankles
 between my hands
 behind my back it&amp;#39;s also holding my legs
 inside
 of the ring so the padding is nice for
 that i love the quality and durability
 on these
 we use these at the studio that i teach
 at and
 it takes years and years and years for
 them to start to fall apart
 i&amp;#39;ve used less expensive ones in the
 past
 and they start to lose their shape
 really fast because you&amp;#39;re squeezing on
 them
 so i like the density that they&amp;#39;re made
