 use this on
 anything any part of your body so after
 a shower
 right instead of lotion you can use this
 it&amp;#39;s a mix of shea butters cocoa butters
 coconut oil it&amp;#39;s really silky
 so as soon as i put it in right it
 dissolves right into the skin
 it goes a long way a little bit so you
 can put it on all the areas the elbows
 the knees the ankles the parts that get
 a little ashy
 you can also use it on scars if you have
 a scar
 and you&amp;#39;re trying to get rid of some of
 the marks from the scar just put this on
 it every day
