 i really like this particular brand of
 knee sleeves because they&amp;#39;re not super
 thick they are a little bit thinner they
 stretch a lot
 and they have some ribbing that goes
 like down here to give you a little bit
 more stability but not too much
 stability i&amp;#39;ve had
 knee sleeves that are so thick that
 when i go to squat down it
 really actually makes my knees feel
 worse than if i wasn&amp;#39;t wearing them
 where this just gives me a little bit of
 compression
 feeling that pressing around your knee
 one can help with inflammation or fluid
 and for me it like really just gives me
 some awareness of where my knees are as
 i&amp;#39;m moving through things like squats
 i discovered this brand i think it was
 about two years after i started
 weightlifting i tried knee wraps i tried
 thicker neoprene knee sleeves and
 those ended up just being way too thick
 for me and i happened upon this brand
 and i just love them they also come in
 all different colors so if you don&amp;#39;t
 want standard black they have lots of
 fun colors too i would recommend these
 for anybody
 getting started in their strength
 training journey or if you do have knee
 issues these can be a really really
 great way to again bring some awareness
 to where your body is how you&amp;#39;re moving
 it also keeps that joint nice and warm
