Adam Strumberger is a mixologist and head bartender at the Chicago Club, where he leads recipe creation, menu curation, and beverage program design across three separate bars and dining spaces. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Adam combines creative vision with technical precision in his approach to cocktails.

Adam is the creator of the Chicago Club's Clarified Milk Punch program, a two-year initiative that introduces members to the rich history of cocktails through one of the craft's oldest and most intricate techniques. He has also developed cocktail menus for branded dinners in partnership with spirits companies including Inspiro Tequila and Insolito Tequila.

With a background in creative writing, Adam brings a storytelling sensibility to his menu design and cocktail presentations. He specializes in research-driven recipe development and large-batch cocktail production, bringing both artistry and efficiency to every program he builds.

An excellent communicator, industry leader, and lifelong learner, Gideon recently added marathon running to his fitness resume. He also works with companies to curate local experiences and wellness events and is an ambassador for the Illinois Special Olympics. Gideon is the proud father of two young children.

Brandon Lefholz is a highly trained diesel mechanic and electromechanical engineer who delivers excellence in diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance. He currently works as a lead electromechanic for Tapestry and has also provided his expertise for Mercedes-Benz and The Boring Company. 

Brandon earned degrees in Electrical Power Generation and Medium/Heavy Vehicle and Truck Technology / Technician from the State Technical College of Missouri. He has earned numerous certifications in his field.
