
Amina Buddafly is an internationally recognized singer, songwriter, author, and actress. From charting in the U.S. Top 100 to starring in Love & Hip Hop, she has built a career blending music, television, and storytelling.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, to a Senegalese father and German mother, Amina was immersed in music from an early age. Alongside her sisters, she formed Black Buddafly, landing a deal with Def Jam/RSMG and scoring hits like Rock-a-Bye and Bad Girl.
In 2012, Amina launched her solo career, independently releasing four full-length albums, four EPs, and numerous singles. She has written over 1,000 songs and is skilled in songwriting, producing, engineering, piano, and guitar.
With TV appearances on Marriage Bootcamp and After Happily Ever After, Amina has expanded her platform while continuing to create music. Her latest album, 4.0 (2023), showcases her evolution as an artist.
