I began my journey in birth work in 2016 as a breastfeeding peer counselor, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. In those early years, I educated and empowered families by teaching childbirth education classes and facilitating a pregnancy support group.
In 2020, I became a certified doula, and in 2021, I expanded my scope of care by becoming a certified bereavement doula. Today, my focus is on providing compassionate, personalized support for mothers during the fourth trimester—commonly known as the postpartum period. My goal is to ensure that every mother feels seen, heard, and nurtured as she transitions into parenthood.
With a foundation rooted in both lived experience and professional training, I am committed to walking alongside families with empathy, education, and holistic care.
