Breezy Flood is a seasoned hospitality professional, beverage director, and cocktail innovator with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Known for his creativity and leadership, he has built and managed high-performing bar programs, launched successful concepts, and driven revenue growth through strategic vendor partnerships and operational excellence. As Co-Founder of CoPa Consulting and a Brand Representative in Chicago, Breezy specializes in cocktail program development, menu creation, and brand activations, helping bars, restaurants, and beverage brands elevate their offerings and expand market presence. He has successfully secured placements in top-tier venues and is recognized for building strong industry relationships that translate into measurable results. Breezy’s talent has earned national and international recognition, including being named the 2024 North American Winner of the Rémy Martin Bartender Talent Academy, a Bacardi Coquito Competition winner, and a Top 5 U.S. finalist for Saint James/Marie Brizard. His cocktails have also been featured in Forbes and other notable publications. Currently serving as Beverage Director and Bar Manager at Pearl Club, Breezy has led operations from concept to launch, overseeing menu development, team leadership, and cost control while maintaining high standards of guest experience. He is also innovating in the evolving beverage space, developing a ready-to-drink non-alcoholic cocktail in partnership with a brand.
