When I first began my fitness journey, I was anything but the picture of health. I was overweight, in pain, had no energy and did not feel healthy. I was also a stay at home mom and that was definitely not my life’s plan. My husband asked me what I wanted to do going forward because he wanted me to be happy. I always wanted to go into fitness. He told me GO FOR IT! So I did and I jumped in without looking back and it has been amazing and fulfilling in so many ways. I am human and have had setbacks but that’s what helps me help others so well. I’ve taught kickboxing for 6 years and now am transitioning into boxing and cannot wait for what’s next!
