
Cynthia Johnson is a visionary cosmetic chemist with extensive expertise in the beauty industry, leading a cutting-edge formulation laboratory as the Founder and CEO of Cindy J Cosmetic Labs, and serving as the Founder and Curator of The Cosmetic Concept LLC. Her organization empowers cosmetic business owners to launch and innovate their own product lines across the Hair Care and Skin Care industries. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from The Lincoln University and a Master of Science Degree in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati, equipping her with a deep understanding of cosmetic science, formulation, and product development.
