Dave Hack is a restaurateur and multi-venue business owner rooted in the Green Bay, Wisconsin community. Along with his siblings, Dave owns and operates the Lorelei Inn in Allouez, a German-style restaurant and bar continuing the tradition of German and American menu specialties begun by his parents Leonard and Marilyn Hack in 1983. He also co-owns the Bellevue Taphouse in De Pere, a craft beer-focused brew pub featuring 30+ craft beers on tap, smash burgers, and specialty draft cocktails. An avid bicyclist and outdoor adventurer, Dave balances his passion for hospitality with time spent with his wife and two children.

He also works with companies to curate local experiences and wellness events and is an ambassador for the Illinois Special Olympics. Gideon is the proud father of two young children.

Brandon Lefholz is a highly trained diesel mechanic and electromechanical engineer who delivers excellence in diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance. He currently works as a lead electromechanic for Tapestry and has also provided his expertise for Mercedes-Benz and The Boring Company. 

Brandon earned degrees in Electrical Power Generation and Medium/Heavy Vehicle and Truck Technology / Technician from the State Technical College of Missouri. He has earned numerous certifications in his field.
