Dr. Jessica Milligan, DVM, CVA, MMS, PA-C, has been passionate about veterinary medicine since childhood, beginning with shadowing an equine vet at age 10. She worked as a veterinary assistant and technician while earning her degree in Animal Science at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Milligan earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Saint Louis University and her DVM from the University of Missouri. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in internal medicine and ultrasound, combining her skills in sonography and clinical expertise to guide treatments.  Outside of work, Jess enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband Brian, from exploring new places by boat, to running and coaching HIIT boot camps. She’s the proud announcer/DJ/MC of the Florida Interscholastic Cycling League, getting Florida kids on bikes. Basically, she’s Wonder Woman, but with a better sneaker collection and a killer sense of humor.

He has been featured as a fitness expert in well-known publications, like GQ.com, Men’s Health, Shape Magazine, and Men’s Journal. An excellent communicator, industry leader, and lifelong learner, Gideon recently added marathon running to his fitness resume. He also works with companies to curate local experiences and wellness events and is an ambassador for the Illinois Special Olympics. Gideon is the proud father of two young children.
