
Joanna Siciliano is an Oak Park, Illinois-based pediatric nutrition specialist with over 25 years of experience in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and community health. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Benedictine University, and a Certificate in Food Writing from Loyola University. Joanna currently serves as a Pediatric Nutrition Specialist at UI Health Children's Hospital, where she has worked since 2007 as the outpatient dietitian for Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and the Healthy and Fit Program, while also mentoring dietetic interns. Prior to her current role, she spent over six years as a Pediatric Dietitian at Maryville Youth Academy, teaching age-appropriate nutrition through play and cooking classes for children.
