Kelly Perry is a holistic nutrition coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer on a mission to empower women to make time for themselves so that they have the energy needed to fulfill their various roles AND live life to the fullest. Her journey in the wellness industry began shortly after the stillbirth of her son. She started teaching barre classes, as movement was an important component of her healing journey. Kelly fell in love with the wellness field and since then became a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, NASM-certified Personal Trainer, and Mat Pilates Instructor. Kelly has a strong passion for helping busy women find simple, realistic ways of nourishing their body, minds, and spirit to help them feel their best.
