Dr. Michael Allen is a highly respected school leader with over 10 years of experience as a principal in the Chicagoland area. He has received numerous awards, including the 2020 Elementary Principal of the Year, and co-authored the best-selling children's book, Brotherly Love. Passionate about inclusive education, Dr. Allen contributed to Illinois' Inclusive Education Act, which mandates the teaching of pre-enslavement Black history. In addition to mentoring and coaching other school leaders, he has participated in various think tanks and currently serves as an Executive Leadership Coach.

Gideon Akande is a nationally recognized elite fitness coach, consultant, and brand partner. An excellent communicator, industry leader, and lifelong learner, Gideon recently added marathon running to his fitness resume. He also works with companies to curate local experiences and wellness events and is an ambassador for the Illinois Special Olympics. Gideon is the proud father of two young children.

Brandon earned degrees in Electrical Power Generation and Medium/Heavy Vehicle and Truck Technology / Technician from the State Technical College of Missouri. He has earned numerous certifications in his field.
