Natalie Dixon Vaughn is a seasoned entrepreneur and operational leader best known as the Co-Founder of Anova Culinary, the smart kitchen technology company acquired by Electrolux for $250 million.
Before Anova, Natalie spent nearly a decade co-founding and building biotech startups — Omnical Inc., Chemyx Inc., and Anova Scientific — where she developed deep expertise in product development, logistics, and scaling early-stage ventures.
At Anova Culinary, she oversaw brand and marketing strategy, global operations, supply chain management, and product development, helping transform the company from a startup into a household name. Under her leadership, Anova launched one of Kickstarter’s most successful food campaigns, surpassing its $100,000 goal to raise $1.8 million.
Natalie also led strategic partnerships that placed Anova products in Apple Stores nationwide and drove a national retail rollout with Target, further solidifying the brand’s consumer reach. Her work has been featured in major outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, TechCrunch, Gizmodo, and The New York Times.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Houston, Natalie brings a unique blend of financial insight and operational leadership — with proven success in building, scaling, and positioning companies for acquisition.
