Rachel Hobert is the CEO of Huml Health, a Bentonville-based health tech company using wearable technology, voice biomarkers, and AI-driven insights to transform addiction and mental health recovery. Under her leadership, Huml is replacing self-reports and guesswork with real-time biometric signals that surface trends days before something drifts off track — partnering with Samsung Healthcare, Canary Speech, and collaborators at McLean Hospital to bring science out of the lab and into daily clinical workflows.
Before Huml, Rachel spent years as a General Partner at the VC Fund, Hivers & Strivers Capital, backing veteran-led startups and helping grow the fund to approximately $80 million in assets under management. Her earlier career she worked for a family office and management consulting firm spanning across industries including Aerospace & Defense, M&A, energy, real estate, and fintech. Before she started in Finance, she lived and worked in Uganda, Oman, Turkey and the UAE. A former captain of the Wesleyan University women's soccer team, she holds a B.A. in Arabic and International Relations from Wesleyan University and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
