Rebecca Luther

Rebecca Luther is a nurse practitioner, entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and community builder known locally as "Queenie Be." Her clinical background includes work as an NP in dermatology and current practice in aesthetics. A single mother with a deep passion for connection, she has built a powerful ecosystem of initiatives that bring people together across Northwest Arkansas. She first launched Gownsational, a community-driven movement providing teens with prom attire through donated gowns and nonprofit partnerships. That spirit evolved into Queenie Connects, a social group fostering authentic relationships through singles and networking events. In October 2025, Rebecca founded Hive Networking NWA, which rapidly grew into one of the region's largest and most active professional communities. Whether on stage as a host or behind the scenes as a visionary, Rebecca is dedicated to strengthening businesses, empowering individuals, and cultivating community.
