Rulli Torres

Rulli Torres is a Mexican-American fashion designer, entrepreneur, and founder of Bentonville Fashion Week (BFW), a growing platform dedicated to elevating emerging and established designers in the Midwest and beyond. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in the United States, Torres brings a rich cultural perspective to his work, blending heritage, storytelling, and modern design. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development from the University of Arkansas, and has built a strong foundation in apparel manufacturing and production through experience in Dallas and Northwest Arkansas. His technical expertise, combined with a creative vision shaped by travel, music, and the outdoors, informs his distinctive approach to fashion. As the founder and CEO of Bentonville Fashion Week, Torres has created a dynamic space that fosters creativity, collaboration, and opportunity for designers, models, and creatives. His work is driven by purpose and resilience, often honoring personal experiences and loved ones—especially his late mother, Felicitas Almaraz, who continues to inspire his journey. Through both his independent clothing brand and BFW, Rulli Torres is committed to building a more inclusive and impactful fashion community while positioning Northwest Arkansas as a rising destination in the fashion industry.
