I'm a professional certified health and wellness educator/coach. My undergrad degree is it bachelor's degree in health and wellness, and I did graduate work in nutrition and integrative health. I've been certified and taught group fitness classes for 40 years, to all ages, fitness levels and abilities in numerous formats. I've been a personal trainer for 20 years, have my massage therapy license, and as part of my work, I did a training in mental health first aid, tobacco cessation, and diabetes education. In my day job as a health coach for a global pharmaceutical company, I teach stretch and meditation classes, do 1:1 consults and write and present programs on all things well being related.

Brandon Lefholz is a highly trained diesel mechanic and electromechanical engineer who delivers excellence in diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance. He currently works as a lead electromechanic for Tapestry and has also provided his expertise for Mercedes-Benz and The Boring Company. 

Brandon earned degrees in Electrical Power Generation and Medium/Heavy Vehicle and Truck Technology / Technician from the State Technical College of Missouri. He has earned numerous certifications in his field.   

Brandon worked as a diesel technician before joining the team at Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis.
