Tucker Dupree is a three-time U.S. Paralympian and elite competitive swimmer who has represented the United States at the 2008 Beijing, 2012 London, and 2016 Rio Paralympic Games. Diagnosed with Lebers Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON) at age 17, Tucker lost 70-80% of his central vision but went on to earn four Paralympic medals (one silver, three bronze), 16 World Championship medals, and set two World Records and 43 American Records across his career. With 81 total competition medals since 2006, he is one of the most decorated U.S. para-swimmers of his generation. Beyond the pool, Tucker serves as Global Workplace Technology and Innovation Lead at bp, where he drives digital workplace transformation.
