Each class in this list is beginner-friendly, whether you're looking for a light workout like Reinga Hidalgo's Dance Class or you want to start out strong with Morgan Findlay's HIIT workout. You can also find a series of how-tos for each class that dives further into the basics to help you move with confidence.
It's never too late to get the abs you want and with this 8-minute ab workout class, it's never been easier either. Fitness Trainer Bryan Jean-Pierre guides you through five beginner-friendly exercises designed to activate your core and warm up your muscles. A hardcore fitness enthusiast, Bryan has redefined the fitness scene in Atlanta with his cutting-edge fitness training center MiscFiT, the State’s first-ever invite-only fitness studio. A graduate from the College of William & Mary and raised in Atlanta, Bryan started working towards his professional career in NFL football in 2011. Get up and get moving with this Beginner HIIT Workout by Fitness Trainer Morgan Findlay. With three rounds of 5 easy but intense exercises for 45 seconds each and only 15 seconds of rest, you'll be sweating before the second round begins. As the creator of The Morgan Method, Morgan is an expert at knowing how to get fit while staying pumped and having fun. About the Expert: Morgan Findlay is a New Zealand/American actor, model, and fitness trainer. Coming off of a college Emmy award-winning short-film in college, Morgan got to work rather quickly landing a recurring role on Tyler Perry's 'The Haves and the Have Nots' as Akil, which aired in 2020. Showing his versatility with accents, he plays Nick on 'Bigger' seasons 1 & 2 airing on BET+. Morgan served in the Navy for six years, which allows him to play very diverse roles with a background in fighting and weapons training, and is also a successful underwear and fitness model. As an experienced fitness trainer, he trains many people you might know and is known as the creator of The Morgan Method.

About the Expert: Reina Hidalgo is a dancer, choreographer, and Afro-Cubana Miami native with roots in New Jersey. Since her big move to California in 2004 Reina has appeared in numerous films, TV shows, commercials, award shows, and music videos, touring and traveling the world performing in sold-out arenas and stadiums with the likes of P!nk, Rihanna, JLO, Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, Kylie Minogue, Missy Elliott, Ciara, Janelle Monae, Paula Abdul. Reina has most recently landed roles as Supervising Choreographer and Consulting Producer for the Emmy Nominated HULU original show 'East Los High', and contributed choreographic work for 'Live By Night', a film directed by Ben Affleck, and Disney’s Encanto.
