Learn how to do upward-facing dog pose with Yoga Instructor Michelle Adams. A great way to start is by laying on your mat belly down and on your elbows. After letting your body settle in that position for a bit, you can begin to bend your elbows back a little, and slowly guide your upper body up. Remember to always keep your elbows together, shoulders back, and squeeze your legs to alleviate pressure from your lower back. Watch how Michelle does it in her How-to video.
